Standard Quote Terms

  1. Unless otherwise specified, quotes are line dependent. A Purchase Order from a Customer must include all lines quoted. If changes to quote are necessary please contact Account Manager for re-quote.
  2. Quotes are valid only for time period listed on quote. After expiration date, please contact Account Manager to confirm current pricing.
  3. Lead-time to be confirmed with Account Manager before placing order.
  4. Special consideration will need to be arranged with Account Manager for Customer Supplied Materials. Storage of Customer supplied material must be pre-arranged with Account Manager.
  5. Material Certifications can be supplied if pre-arrangements are made with the Account Manager.
  6. Payment is due at delivery unless payment terms have been granted in writing by Miller Metal Fabrication personnel.
  7. A customer deposit of 50% of the total purchase order (on orders in excess of $5,000) is required at the time of Miller Metal Fabrication’s acceptance of the purchase order.  Waiver of this provision can only be granted in writing by Miller Metal Fabrication personnel.
  8. Miller Metal Fabrication reserves the right to assess a daily interest penalty for customer’s failure to remit payment on time.  Interest accrues at the rate of 10% per annum.
  9. If a delinquent payment is referred to counsel, attorney and any other collection fees will be added to the total amount of the claim.
  10. Miller Metal Fabrication will charge customer for any fees associated with a “returned” check or any other form of rejected / returned payment.
